Wednesday/Thursday

Wednesday - I thought I did pretty good. Satisfied with my day.

Snack

Added extra just in case calories are off a little - 200

TOTAL: 1420



Thursday - really had it under control. Packed my lunch to eat instead of buying at work, helped me with being organized.

Salad - 90 ( had carrots added in it)

Tuna To Go Pack - 240
