New Rite-Aid Deal

In order to keep my mind and little chubby fingers busy, as you may know, I cut coupons and match them up with ads and try to score some awesome deals. I also follow a lot of good blogs that really help!

Rite-Aid:

1 Bottle of DayQuil or NyQuil ~ 4.99
2 Always Maxi Pads ~ 11.98
2 Oral B Advantage Toothbrushes ~ 5.48
1 Metamucil ~ 9.99

Total = $32.44

$5.00/off $25.00 purchase
$1.50/1 DayQuil or NyQuil Product
$2.00/2 Always Pads
BOGO Toothbrush - $2.74
$3.00/1 Metamucil

Out of Pocket Expense(OOP) = $18.20

Now, I will be getting back from their Single Check Rebate Program:

$1.00 for the toothbrushes
$2.00 for the DayQuil/NyQuil
$1.00 for the Always
$5.00 for the Metamucil
Then since I bought $30.00 worth of selected P&G products I will receive back a $10.00 Rite-Aid Gift Card in the mail.

After all savings total = Free + $.80 moneymaker!! WooHoo!!

OR THIS IS AN EVEN BETTER SCENARIO!!

1 Bottle of DayQuil or NyQuil ~ 4.99
1 Jumbo Pack Pampers Diapers ~ 9.99
2 Oral B Advantage Toothbrushes ~ 5.48
1 Metamucil ~ 9.99

Total = 30.45

$5.00/off $25.00 purchase
$1.50/1 DayQuil or NyQuil Product
$2.00/1 Pampers Diapers
BOGO Toothbrush - $2.74
$3.00/1 Metamucil

OOP Expense = $16.21

Now for the SCR I will get back

$1.00 for the toothbrushes
$2.00 for the DayQuil/NyQuil
$5.00 for the Metamucil
Then since I bought $30.00 worth of selected P&G products I will receive back a $10.00 Rite-Aid Gift Card in the mail.

After all savings total = Free + $1.79 moneymaker!! WooHoo!!

Since, the second scenario is so good I might do that! Even though I don't need diapers! LOL! I could sell them to someone that does need them. And, also on Tuesdays and Thursdays Rite-Aid will give you an extra 10% off on non-sale items. Makes it even better if the product isn't on sale!! I'm going today so I will let you all know how I do. Going to grab lunch, and then I'm off. Now the question is what do I make for lunch???
